   We never get a deposit AND we put you on our schedule. We ALWAYS pay for the lumber so it arrives at your home before you ever pay us a penny.
   
   It does NOT matter if it is a day or fifteen days, a Dallas fence company who a deposit check, USUALLY has a cash flow PROBLEM. They are using your money to pay other debts. We come across this far too often. A client calls us to build or finish their project because the fence installer they hired disappeared with their money or delayed starting for weeks after their start date. You can't hire another fence contractor because you already gave them a THOUSAND DOLLARS ahead of time ? Unfortunately, some companies and people have NO ETHICS OR MORALS. A WEBSITE DOES NOT MAKE THEM REPUTABLE! Is their "website" a SINGLE page with a telephone number and maybe a few sentences and a couple photos, or in DEPTH and INFORMATIONAL?

   Do they give you ENDLESS information like we do about installation, protection, and warranty?
